Gabrielle Wyatt
Founder
Gabrielle Wyatt is the Founder and CEO of The Highland Project (THP). Since 2020, THP has curated a growing coalition of over 60 Highland Leaders and their allies, and committed over $6M in capital. Today, THP has created one of the largest bodies of intelligence on Black women’s views on wealth, economy, and democracy.
With a distinguished career spanning education, nonprofit strategy, and philanthropy, Gabrielle has led initiatives that transformed some of the nation’s largest, most complex school systems. Her tenure includes Chief Strategy Officer at Civic Builders, Executive Director of Strategy for Newark Public Schools, and Partner at The City Fund.
Gabrielle holds degrees from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County, and Harvard Kennedy School. She is a member of the Aspen Global Leaders Network.
